Still open and found out more information that I'm trying to get help with

Original review Apr 03, 2025
I got into a car accident 2022 was not at fault in anyway the other driver came down a one way st the wrong way and came in front of me in a intersection and t boned them I did get injured I got a bulging disc I'm my lower back where the seat belt goes across also developed a double inguinal hernia exactly where the seat belt goes across server whiplash in my neck and upper back I called edger Snyder I thought I only had limited tort so he referred me to Simon and Simon I found out I had full tort told my attorney this everything was good they had me get a RFA done on my lower back they stick like 5 needles in then more down those needles then burn the nerve the medical person from the law firm talked to me after threw zoom he said I was in the top 10 percent for a high payout. Once they got the policy limits my attorney told me we will get the max witch will be 100k plus what my insurance was.

So long story short 2 and a half years later day before trail my attorney calls and said they offered 30k I said no she did say about going up to 38 and told me with everything I'd get about 2k out of it I said take it to trail she said that we dont know the jury and wanted me to take home something if she would have done her job and asked questions to the jury like the other 2 jury selection did because they took over a hour to complete and ours was 20 minutes maybe you would know the jury. Remember I'm not at fault in anyway my attorney failed to reschedule for a follow up appointment for the RFA. Now they want %40. She talked me out of going to trail saying the defense attorney will be hard on me and the jury going to see a inisent girl and say that I still worked the whole time.

I'm kicking my self in the *** still to this day and still haven't gotten my little settlement yet. I have read other reviews about the law firm and it seems others went threw the same thing got promised a high amounts then get nothing.

If you get referred to Simon and Simon do not use them. They will tell you what you want to hear then till day before the trail so they can get there 40 percent of your money and leave you with nothing.

If you had a full tort policy, why wasn’t your insurance company handling this?

Either way you would mist likely need to get a attorney rather its limited or full tort

How is your loss $60k? You can’t lose something you never had.

Your right I didn't lose it I got cheated out of it due to false/misleading information. The 60 k is just a estimate from what they told me and from what I got
