Still open and found out more information that I'm trying to get help with
So long story short 2 and a half years later day before trail my attorney calls and said they offered 30k I said no she did say about going up to 38 and told me with everything I'd get about 2k out of it I said take it to trail she said that we dont know the jury and wanted me to take home something if she would have done her job and asked questions to the jury like the other 2 jury selection did because they took over a hour to complete and ours was 20 minutes maybe you would know the jury. Remember I'm not at fault in anyway my attorney failed to reschedule for a follow up appointment for the RFA. Now they want %40. She talked me out of going to trail saying the defense attorney will be hard on me and the jury going to see a inisent girl and say that I still worked the whole time.
I'm kicking my self in the *** still to this day and still haven't gotten my little settlement yet. I have read other reviews about the law firm and it seems others went threw the same thing got promised a high amounts then get nothing.
If you get referred to Simon and Simon do not use them. They will tell you what you want to hear then till day before the trail so they can get there 40 percent of your money and leave you with nothing.
Preferred solution: Price reduction

I can see why they didn't want to go to trail I got a report and it isn't good on there part.
If you had a full tort policy, why wasn’t your insurance company handling this?
Either way you would mist likely need to get a attorney rather its limited or full tort
How is your loss $60k? You can’t lose something you never had.
Your right I didn't lose it I got cheated out of it due to false/misleading information. The 60 k is just a estimate from what they told me and from what I got
