I feel i've been bamboozled

Then when I called him back to get an updit. Because I received a email from them stating that they have filed something in a court. And they said they would have somebody to get back with me when I didn't hear from them. I called and they referred me to live necessary people.
Then I was told that they had. Dismiss my case because of numerous times that they've tried to contact me. I would really like to know the updated on my informasian. And I hadn't heard from them.
