WORST BED EVER!!!! Sink hole in the middle of the mattress within 4-5 months of owning this bed! Had this mattress for 2 years now. Right after we got it I noticed a ridge close to the edge on the bed running from the head to the foot of the bed. Went to where I got it and was told the ridge was probably the material shift during transit so I should try spreading it around back in place with my finger tips. I did but it didn't work. Contacted the company and sent pictures and they said I should wait and see if it straightened itself out....

we've had our 6 month old beauty rest replaced with what Slumberland says is replacement...another piece of ***...this one is already indwnted..beauty rest refuses to help and we are stuck dealing with the *** at slumberland in mattoon illinois...dont do business with either one warranty is worthess and people are rude ...i just want a freaking goid nigjts sleep...

We purchased a Simmons beauty rest firm plush 2 YEARS ago. After 6 months I went to the store where we got it and complained,of course the salesman said it was normal body impressions. Its getting worse and a good nights sleep is out of the question!

We purchased this mattress less than 4 yrs ago. When looking for the right mattress we told the salesman that we were looking for one that wasn't going to sag after sleeping on it for a while. He assured us this mattress wouldn't do that and that it had a 10 yr warranty. So we spent almost 1500 on the set. Well, let me tell you how bad this thing is!
