Rude Customer Service Representatives

A Bank teller/assistant financial center manager was rude.It happened at the Hulen street Fort Worth,Texas branch.She made three business calls in front of me. I believe she should of said excuse me for a few minutes, I have to make some calls.(You just dont pick up the phone and make calls in front of customers) She walked away from me in the lobby with out saying I will be back or excuse me for a few minutes.She burped in front of me and did not apologize or excuse herself.She pulled away when I extended my hand for a handshake when I was about to leave.These actions are just rude and unprofessional in a business setting.It really hurts.The location also closed my two accounts and said I made a threat and I know I was misunderstood when my Bluetooth was accidentally disconnected when I punched my knee accidentally on the radio *** that knocked the Bluetooth out.

I would still like to have accounts in the future and be reinstated.They have refused to call ,answer emails,letters or even meet with me to explain what happened in my car that is the truth.They should at least apologize. I should receive an apology from Cassie Patton and Caitlyn Soares who made bad judgment calls. I really care for both of them and like them very much.All these behaviors should not be tolerated. I am extremely hurt by their actions.

I am autistic and I feel that the relationship banker,Caitlyn Soares,discriminated against me,she made faces at me different days after she found out I was autistic.These actions hurt my feelings.Then they closed my accounts due to a misunderstanding. I have tried several times to resolve the problems and they refuse to call me.

Closed my savings and checking accounts for making a threat on the phone that I know I did not do.

I called Simmons bank to try to resolve a transaction problem and my knee ran into the radio *** and knocked my Bluetooth out for around two and a half minutes and I said och, I punched my knee,loudly.They seem to think that I said I was going to punch the assistant manager,Cassie.They then closed my savings and checking forcibly. I know I did not say that. I have been extremely hurt by the incident and results.The bank representatives will not talk to me about this situation and I have been emotionally hurting ever since.
