Silvio's Home Improvement Corporation
I hired Silvio's in Oct. fo 2019 to install a stall shower and to put rods in my clothing closets in my new condo.
It took 5 months for them to complete a job that should have taken only 2 weeks. When I moved in and tried to hang up my clothes, the rods came off the wall. The supports had not been drilled into the studs in both closets. Silvio did not respond to requests to fix the problem.
Just yesterday (5/20/20) I discovered that some of the grout in the shower is flaking off and there are spaces without grout. I have had to hire someone to fix the closets and now I have to hire someone to do something about this grout. No one should be subjected to this type of treatment after signing a contract in good faith and paying hard-earned money for a job. This shouldn't happen to anyone again.
Don't do business with a company that is incompetent.
Be forewarned. I wish that had been.
