Broken parts and poor customer service

I bought three tumblers at upwards of 30+ dollars each and the lids broke each time. I wrote to the company and asked them to replace the lids and they said they came from two different suppliers

and I had to buy all new tumblers to get new lids.

I am not spending another 90+ dollars to get three new tumblers and lids. It is terribly expensive and they dont stand behind their products.

Respond or update so that I know I've not been forgotten. It's a gift which is an ornament engraved.

I have asked several times for instructions to send back the one sent in error. I really like the ornament itself but the names are not at all correct.

They say Lisa/David and mine should say Michael/Angelica. No receipt was sent but it was deducted from my checking account.

Shipper says they delivered package. They did, but they left it out by the street, not at my door.

It is impossible to talk to anyone at Silvery, and the email they sent just instructed me to do what I’d already done: contact the shipping company.

I had already provided Silvery with a copy of that info. Never again, I ordered from Silvery against my better judgment, because of shipping from Singapore, but I really wanted that Olympic pin.

Package was left by the street, not at my door. My apartment number was included in the address, but there was no place on order form to include the gate code.

Driver didnt attempt to call on arrival. Couldnt find package.
