Respond or update so that I know I've not been forgotten. It's a gift which is an ornament engraved.
I have asked several times for instructions to send back the one sent in error. I really like the ornament itself but the names are not at all correct.
They say Lisa/David and mine should say Michael/Angelica. No receipt was sent but it was deducted from my checking account.

Package was left by the street, not at my door. My apartment number was included in the address, but there was no place on order form to include the gate code.
Driver didnt attempt to call on arrival. Couldnt find package.
