Unfulfilled purchase
I recently made an online purchase through Facebook, excited to own a complete sweatsuit that I envisioned wearing on cozy days. However, to my dismay, when the package arrived, it only contained the pants no top in sight.
I've reached out multiple times, hoping for a resolution, but each response has been filled with empty promises and excuses.
Frustrated by the lack of assistance, I finally requested to return the pants, only to be told I'd have to bear the cost of shipping them back. This experience has been quite disappointing.
