Help with window replacement
I have I think it is 6 Windows double hung vinyl White Plain window no grills in them. They have all lost the seal in between the some of the windows in them.
I called there earlier today and a man told me I need to go online and file a claim I went online done what he said I have yet been able to get to the right place online to file any claim. I called there earlier today and the man told me to go online and go under the warranty section.
I have yet been able to find that section to file a claim and this was over 2 hours ago. This is becoming very aggravating and I would like for someone to give me a call or email me to hopefully get some new windows sent to me and I can install them and be done with it.

What's new. Haven't heard anything from them.
Like I said pos company.
Too afraid to even contact anyone. That's the reason calling them doesn't work.

Servicing a broken balance assembly
I have contacted Silverline on numerous occasions, at (732) 435-**** and (844) 332-****. The first number goes to West Virginia and the second # is corporate.
I have been told to go to you tube several times, however none of the video's show my problem relating to the balance assembly which is broke. Today after explaining my situation, I was hung up on while conversing with a very rude representative.
I have placed Silverline windows in two homes, but I am being told that they have been sold and the new company is not honoring warranty work. I have called Silverline on 8 separate occasions to no avail, Can you help me?

Poor design, quality, and customer service
when talking to my neighbors they were shocked at the attitude and response of the company.
The support person must think people are fools... his comment is "the screens are NOT engineered to stop bugs but for ease of putting in and taking out". So I ask what is the purpose of the screen if not to prevent bugs from entering the house, once again he says "the screens are NOT engineered to stop bugs only for ease of putting in and removing".
I am so shocked that anyone or a company can be so ignorant as to make such a comment. These people should not be in business and I hope my comments prevent others from buying anything from them and the parent corporation.
