Contract for life for something like this should be illegal since you can not resale these things.
This company is heartless!!!
I had a brain aneurysm that ruptured and left me unable to work and this company refuses to take back this timeshare. I am sure there are some regulations that protect people like me and this company does not seem to care about the rules or my life even though we have been paying customers for 29 years and only used it 2 TIMES.
Yes you heard it 2 TIMES.
The only option they offer is for us to try and resale it. Good luck with that no one wants it.
As a disabled elderly person, you would think they would know that I have rights. They just step on them. I can not use it.
There is nothing keeping them from taking this back.
This was paid off many years ago. I kept paying it even though I could not use it and this is how they thank me .
- 29 years of wasted money for nothing but 2 trips
- Horrible customer service especially for such long time clients
- Hard to get off at the same time every year so not used much
Preferred solution: A cancellation and some money back I mean 2 vacations is not what we thought we were getting involved in.
