I don't understand how nobody received her complaint, but our visit there on the 10th was terrible! First, we had to move our table at Moguls because there was such a huge amount of families trying to get a table.

And due to your being short handed the GM was washing dishes we had our food removed by the server which we didn't even eat yet and had to pay for!! And had to order another chili fries because obviously we were hungry as everyone else was. That alone the cost of lunch was outrageous! It took at least 45 minutes just to get a beverage, and who knows how long the food took!

Second, the lack of anyone posting the conditions of the mountain or lack there of left my skis jacked up by rocks. Third, after the day we went for a nice dinner at Noah's, and ordered a couple beers which came in "plastic cups"? We were appalled. The chicken parmesan was so terribly dry, we asked for some marinara to beat the dryness and it was cold.

The server which said he microwaved it apparently didn't know how to operate a microwave. So sad that we have been coming to Silver Mountain for a minimum of 25yrs, and can understand if you are short handed. But we shouldn't have to pay for mistakes of management!! At this point, and being Locals do not know if we'll come back!?

It's sad because we absolutely love Silver, and don't want to blast it on Social Media but something needs to be done before our family comes back!!

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced on December 10th!! My sister in-law sent you an email about our visit about the terrible food and service at 2 of your restaurants, and no one even said anything?

I can't believe how much you don't care about your local customers!! It will be a miracle for us to come back!

You most likely won't hear back. They know about scammers like you who claim the food was terrible to get a refund. The food was so terrible, that you had no issue eating it..

You are NOT entitled to a full refund. You cannot afford their prices anyway so you should NOT go back.

You ate the food, you pay for it. You are only entitled to a discount.
