Lease violation
I have lived in silverlake mobile home park for nine years I signed a lease when we moved in. Ive not signed a lease since.
Our lease says its automatically renewed and apparently thats not legal, we also were given a prospectus in the prospectus it says that we are supposed to have a lease signed every year also in the prospectus it says that my lot should be 50 x 100 I have asked on numerous occasions for them to come out and identify my 50 x 100 space they ignore my request. This trailer park was built on a swamp. I have serious water issues that they start to fix and then will not finish when I email them to tell them to finish it, they say will be there on a certain date and then never show up
I am a senior citizen, and my son who lives with me is a veteran he has PTSD
Im looking for an attorney I wrote to the Florida board. They dont have any attorneys covering tenant landlord
Silverlake is owned by inspire Communities.
Inspire communities is buying up mobile home parks in the entire US. They are funded by a private equity firm called Apollo global which is a multi billion dollar company.
User's recommendation: Don’t buy or rent in this park. The management women are extremely rude and tyrannical.
