Resolved: Same as the other guys

When you order you receive no shipping details. After 2 weeks of waiting, no veil. After 5 days of emailing, no response. This company is garbage, dont rely on them to get your Christmas present for your lady like I did. They charge premium prices for the world's worst service. This lady just views her business as something to do in her free time.

I a man very disappointed with Ms. Karen The 1st time I ordered veils they came in I made a second order later paid with my credit card on 3/11/15 Never received them & wrote her to tell her I had not received them.

I contacted her on 6/7/15 She apologized & said she would send them. I still had not received them as of 8/19 15 Sent her some more e-mails & told her how disappointed I was & that I wanted my money back, since I never got them. Even told her I was going to report her, but she ignored them. Will never order from her again.

She will have to account for this later, it was not worth me battling with this. Don't understand how someone can not care about this, but I know I never received them & had my credit card bill to show.

Hopefully one day she will be convicted of what she did If she sent them out the 2 nd time she should of sent me a letter to sign & it would of proved to her I received them. I've been sharing this with others, so this doesn't happen to them.

I ordered a veil and paid -- my credit card was indeed charged by Silver Hill Treasures -- on 13 February 2016; had to go back to this woman several times before getting a response over a month later. She promised to send it out immediately, providing excuses about the incompetence of her internet provider, 'I was on spring break,' 'the dog ate my homework,' etc. It's now June 2016 and I still don't have what I ordered and paid for. Nor do I have a refund. As a previous reviewer has said, it is a shame that someone selling religious goods should go about basically defrauding people. I'd advise all potential customers to shop elsewhere.

Silver Hill Treasures - Catholic Mass Veil Review from Barrington, New Jersey

I ordered a Catholic Mass Veil from this lady on July 18-my card was charged July 22-I never received an invoice or notification of shipment - and despite repeated emails - with slow response from her- I still have NO merchandise. What a shame that someone offering religious items should behave this way.

I can't believe this person is back in business. I never received my order but got lots of excuses and then all methods of contact stopped working!

I had ordered through etsy but the account had been deleted by the time I tried to resolve the problem.

I had cut the person slack due to excuses. The best one was "I mailed it..." Though tracking showed preshipment info but that PO had never received it. Okay, maybe a PO glitch.

Then she said that it had been returned to her but the veil was damaged. She would replace and reship.

I gave her time and when I inquired again email bounced, website disappeared and etsy account zapped.

Do not believe this person's excuses!
