First he said there would be a fee then asked me to pay a bill that is not due until 9/26/15. This was for a July visit but we didn't receive the bill until late August.
So they said they won't send this document in until I pay their $ 30 fee and also the bill.
I told them this is like extortion. I thought they were in the business of helping people.
