Poor customer service
Nothing has been done yet about my problem. No E-mails sent. One in the beginning after complaint then nothing.

Resolved: Wrong ice cube tray
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Requested a replacement on their form. Contacted you and the Attorney General’s office in Massachusetts.
Wrong inscription on ice cube tray. I requested it to say U.S.
Navy, but all it says is U.S.
Christine said to send a photo, which I did, but no response. I have sent many messages.
Preferred solution: New ice cube tray with the correct inscription .

I place an order, did not receive a confirmation, was charged on my credit card and when I contacted them I was told that there was no order in their system even though I was charged. I left voice messages as well and no one ever returned my calls.
I wrote a negative review on another site (TP) explaining the same situation and they tried to flag it.
The site reviewed my complaint and reinstated it.
SCAM ALERT !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
