Lenses had to be updated and put in original frames. The silhouette frames were apparently broken and the only replacement is mint/teal green. To me this is not acceptable and I .will rate after outcome of this companys communication
Broken nose piece on 14 months old frame.
$700+ junk are Silhouette eye glasses. They said a right broken nose piece can't be repaired...only frame replacement at my expense of course. No more silhouettes for me!!!

ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE AND USELSS
OMG, I AM FED UP WITH SILHOUETTE!!!. I have gone to so many setup tutorials websites and more, but there always seems to be a problem with my machine, honestly it's ironic I'm writing a review on customer service when they basically don't even have any! OMG, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ABSOLUTELY IDIOTIC APP!!!
