Verified ReviewerUnable to make virtual visit for my husband
Aetna gives $50 in rewards for Signify in-home or virtual visit. I was able to make my appointment for a virtual visit, but they came up with multiple reasons that I was unable to make the same type of appointment for my husband (no practitioner available, he can have a virtual visit because certain tests were not completed but they had been, and the best one was that the rep had to apply for a virtual visit for him even though no one previously said this and maybe we would hear by the end of the week).
I was so frustrated that I cancelled my appointment and told them not to book my husband. This company is off the charts ridiculous! What a waste of time!
I entered a complaint with Aetna but don't expect it to go anywhere. Many, many complaints with BBB!
- No one knows what they are doing
Preferred solution: Provide better training to employees.
User's recommendation: Stay away from this company!

Verified Reviewer |Had an appointment...never confirmed.
No service provided to me. Wasted half of my day waiting for them. No e c plantation No attempt to resolve.
I had an appointment window from 4 to 7pm on Saturday. Jan 3.
Stupid time to come to someones home..it's dinner time or clean up kitchen time. No confirmation text, no show of home health nurse to complete Humana physical exam.
I didn't get to eat my dinner because I actually fell for the scam. I told her when she called to make appointment that I had a physical exam da t e already scheduled in March..she said no it's due in January.
Next time Signify calls, I'm slamming down the phone. IM AN RN...this is a disgrace!

Verified Reviewer |HIPAA Violation
Signify Health is a useless organization, which, while offering no value, actually does damage. I have Aetna Medicare Advantage.
Aetna wanted me to schedule a physical/health assessment with Signify Health. The assessment was useless, offering no information that my PCP hasn't already gone over or provided. On top of that, the nurse practitioner seemed totally uneducated with no experience. After the assessment concluded, the nurse chose to immediately violate patient confidentiality and violate my HIPAA.
The 'treatment' they provided is more damaging than the condition. Beware and run as fast as you can.
- Does not follow law
- Poorly trained employees
Preferred solution: Re-education of all clinical employees and dismissal of offending employee.
User's recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Robocall SCAMMERS!
Call at all hours from different numbers on a daily basis. Numerous numbers are blocked, no ringtone but calls go through to messages.
I know better than to call the toll free number (800-701-****) they leave. Dirtbag company!
User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!

Verified ReviewerThese scammers will hound you!
These scammers will hound you, using multiple telephone numbers. I block one, they call on another.
Pretending to give me a yearly in-home visit for free.
I am on the do-not-call list, but they couldn't care less. I am talking to the police to possibly set up an appointment so we can get some info on why they can't take no for an answer.
User's recommendation: Please report them yourselves.

Verified Reviewer |Home visit
They are ignoring me. After calling and getting put on hold for 25 minutes, then hung up on, and then blamed for what they did, it's no surprise.
They sent a gynecologist to do a home visit for a man. He called me by the wrong name on purpose and he was supposed to be here an hour.
He wasn't even here 30 minutes.
He acted like he could care less about me, or my health. I definitely would not recommend him, in any regard.
- Unprofessional doctor insults you
Preferred solution: An explanation as to why they sent a gynecologist to do my home exam.
User's recommendation: Avoid Randall Bremner and Signify health.

An assessment isn’t meant to “treat” anything. It is also independent of your primary care doctor’s action plan for your healthcare.
Medicare has staff that looks at the assessment visit notes to ensure your doctor is addressing things that need to be and to alert him/her of things they may not be aware of. I also question as did the other comment exactly how your HIPAA was violated.
Medicare requires routine health assessments. These are independent and billed differently than annual doctor visits which are considered diagnostic.
It is cheaper to pay a nurse or nurse practitioner to do the assessment.
You fail to state how the nurse practitioner violated HIPAA. How did she?
WRONG!!!! Medicare does NOT require 'routine health assessments'.
