Like so many before me I should’ve really checked around before trusting my hair care needs to Signature Salon & Massage & Wellness day spa because there were a lot of complaints already. Just because a business has a bunch of wonderful testimonials doesn’t mean they didn’t pay someone to put them there or they weren’t done by the staff themselves.

I have medium length hair and have always prided myself on keeping my hair in good shape. Not a lot of split ends or breakage. After visiting Signature Salon for a conditioning and coloring treatment, my hair is breaking, limp, lifeless, and has a lot of split ends! According to my new stylist, this is because the stylist from Signature Salon over processed my hair!

I had to cut approximately 3 inches off! I know I’ll have to cut more because it is breaking mid section! At some point I’ll have to even it out. It’s not like I can dismiss this and say it doesn’t matter!

Like everyone else, I have to wear my hair every day! And unfortunately, this won’t be fixed over night! It will take years to get my hair back into pre-signature salon catastrophe shape! I am so upset at them!

Please, if you value your hair don’t visit signature salon & day spa, massage and wellness in Nampa Idaho!

Go somewhere else or you and your hair will pay the price of bad service, a bumbling staff that doesn’t know how to meet basic styling needs, and a lot of money in trying to fix the problem they created! I think the staff at signature salon needs to go back to beauty school and re-train on modern and basic techniques!

We had our mother's hair done at Signature Salon in Nampa Idaho. She is elderly and cannot do it herself anymore.

They left the perm solution on her head so long that it burned the back of her neck and scalp! I cannot believe that someone supposedly trained in this field would make such a mistake! To add insult to injury, the perm didn't even take properly! She's had her done before at another place but this has never happened!

The only reason we chose Signature Salon in Nampa Idaho, was because it was closer. We learned our lesson!

I'll take the extra 1/2 hour drive next time! Signature Salon in Nampa Idaho, you need to go back to beauty school, or just do us all a favor and close your shop!

I wish I would've read these complaints about Signature Hair Salon in Nampa Idaho, before I went there. Instead, I read all of the fake comments (they probably posted themselves) on their website and believed they offered professional services.

I went there for hombre highlights and came out with my hair 2 inches shorter than planned! This is because the stylist left the chemicals on my hair too long and literally burned my ends! They had to be cut off because they looked like split ends from h@#$! They even got my color wrong!

I wanted blond highlights and ended up with a brassy red color!

Don't go to Signature Hair Salon in Nampa Idaho. You're better off going to a monkey with scissors!

Signature Salon in Nampa Idaho is NOT the place to go for any of your beauty needs. First of all, I did give this place more than one try.

Two to be exact. After the first fiasco, when she cut my hair too short, I should’ve listened to my gut and not returned. I specifically told her how much to *** and she told me my hair would look cute the way she thought best. Little did I know that she would not listen to my request and go on to cut my hair the way she wanted to anyway!

But I suppose, like most people I just wanted to give Signature Salon the benefit of the doubt and not go through the hassle of looking for a new place. Yes. I suppose I got lazy. I thought to myself, they can’t screw up twice!

The second time I returned I was having highlights done. I had asked for a specific product to be used on my hair. The stylist assured me that she’d purchased it. Mind you, I’ve used this product for years.

Anyway, not only did she not get the product I asked for, but she didn’t use it correctly which caused my hair to not respond. I watched her apply it. I've seen other stylists do it with much more care because they want it to turn out good. So I paid for, went through the hassle of, and took the time to do this, and it didn't turn out right!

I only found out that she didn’t use the product I’d paid for because I saw the bottle in the garbage can, like she was trying to hide it from me. Of course I didn’t find out until mid way through but when I tried to ask her about it, she got upset! I don’t like to cause a big stink, so I decided that I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO SIGNATURE SALON IN NAMPA IDAHO, and I would tell everyone about my experience. This place is best suited for little old grannies that can’t see what is being done to their hair.

They are not up with the latest products or techniques and will only do your hair the way THEY WANT TO. They pay NO ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS OR REQUESTS. This place is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK UP THEIR REVIEWS. I’ve since looked around and many people have the same complaints as me.
