Signature Salon in Nampa Idaho is NOT the place to go for any of your beauty needs. First of all, I did give this place more than one try. Two to be exact. After the first fiasco, when she cut my hair too short, I should’ve listened to my gut and not returned. I specifically told her how much to *** and she told me my hair would look cute the way she thought best. Little did I know that she would not listen to my request and go on to cut my hair the way she wanted to anyway! But I suppose, like most people I just wanted to give Signature Salon the benefit of the doubt and not go through the hassle of looking for a new place. Yes. I suppose I got lazy. I thought to myself, they can’t screw up twice! The second time I returned I was having highlights done. I had asked for a specific product to be used on my hair. The stylist assured me that she’d purchased it. Mind you, I’ve used this product for years. Anyway, not only did she not get the product I asked for, but she didn’t use it correctly which caused my hair to not respond. I watched her apply it. I've seen other stylists do it with much more care because they want it to turn out good. So I paid for, went through the hassle of, and took the time to do this, and it didn't turn out right! I only found out that she didn’t use the product I’d paid for because I saw the bottle in the garbage can, like she was trying to hide it from me. Of course I didn’t find out until mid way through but when I tried to ask her about it, she got upset! I don’t like to cause a big stink, so I decided that I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO SIGNATURE SALON IN NAMPA IDAHO, and I would tell everyone about my experience. This place is best suited for little old grannies that can’t see what is being done to their hair. They are not up with the latest products or techniques and will only do your hair the way THEY WANT TO. They pay NO ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS OR REQUESTS. This place is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK UP THEIR REVIEWS. I’ve since looked around and many people have the same complaints as me.
