Signature Home Services should be called Swindling Home Services!!

Worst contracting roofing company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!! After the first appointment, which of course they are quick to answer the initial call and come to do their first assessment, they are slow to respond, never return phone calls, make excuses for why the job is taking so long, and blame everybody else for the delays.

They held up the job for weeks arguing with the adjuster from the insurance agency trying to get more money even after the full payment was remitted.

Save yourself major time, headache and stress and go with ANYBODY else!!! Terrible service, no professionalism, and very irresponsible!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, INCOMPLETE & SUB-PAR WORK, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM

Signature Home Services LLC, in my experience and opinion, is a terrible, unprofessional, and shady General Contracting company to hire to do any and all of your home improvements.

They take ridiculous lengths of time (months to years) to complete the work, do not return phone calls and give weak excuses as to the reasons for the delays, etc. I believe they use unethical, untruthful and unscrupulous practices to attempt to receive more money from your insurance company than is justifiable.

They will try to receive "overhead and profit" from your insurance company, when the adjuster has already denied it, and will halt all work, mid-job, for any length of time, to try and collect it, holding up completion of the job for months on end. The receptionist, nor the owner, return calls, even after multiple attempts, and when finally reached, will give multiple excuses for the delay, usually putting all the blame on the insurance company or adjuster.

Stay away from this company!! Ignore the "A" Better Business Bureau rating. All companies on the BBB have to pay a recurring membership fee, and so it is in the best interest of the Bureau to act on behalf of the company, not the consumer!!

Everything promised - only one piece available

We bought 4 pieces a week ago and was told it would be delivered no problem tomorrow. I even called a few days ago to verify everything would be delivered as my furniture left yesterday.

They said no problem. We called again today to see if everything was still scheduled for delivery for tomorrow - the only thing they had ready was the entertainment center. We bought a couch, chair and 1/2 with ottoman as well. The couch they say should be here by the end of next week and the ottoman sometimes after Christmas.

I was promised delivery of all items before Christmas at time of purchase. We are calling Wells Fargo to let them know that they furniture financed is not even available.

Let the finance company deal with them. They are selling items they do not have and I will NOT make payments on items I do not have.

Signature Home Services - Storm Chasers

Signature Home Services pressures contract signing (please if you are reading this, don't ever sign one of their contracts). They tell you everything you want to hear and then do not deliver. They misrepresents the company and its ability to do the work. They do not allow flexibility to change work (for example, different siding type than what was damaged).

They claim to work in areas they have no experience in, and over price estimates for work in areas they have no experience in (they try to make you do what they want when it is your house).

They greatly overestimated the materials needed to repair the house, which ripped off the insurance company (fraud?), trying to make it sound like the insurance guy didn't know how to measure and making them out to be the hero for representing the homeowner (what a joke).

The work was shoddy. Their communication was aweful.

Stay away from these guys at all costs! They threatened a mechanics lien on the house to get the contract money, even for work they did not do, costing me both that money and lawyer fees. In my opinion, these guys are crooks!

I totally agree! Signature Home Services of Rosemount, MN SUCKS.

They are not thorough, inefficient and shady. They take months to finish the job. You're stuck having to use them because of the contract that threatens to sue if they are not allowed to complete the work. Meanwhile, you're stuck with a half done job for an indefinite length of time!!!

I'd rather do the work myself than let these guys finish!!!
