Verified Reviewer |Defective (broken) diverter in a telephone tub fill
I an a plumber and have a customer with a Telephone tub filler wall mount. The diverter is broken.
I would like to purchase a new diverter stem or cartridge. I have exhausted the local parts houses and the online sites that have it all (except for what you need) and would hope you can help.
This will be my second attempt requesting help from Signature Hardware and hope you will respond. Thank you

Stay away from this company
I am on my third cartridge in a little over a year. I have learned to replace it myself to cut cost.
Last one I replaced and it worked better for a week and it’s now dripping again. The labor to replace this will cost more than the whole shower system not to mention finding another brand with similar colors will be very hard. If I add cost of labor to install and rip and reinstall a new system (from another brand )
I will have wasted about 2000 dollars on labor alone. This is a terrible company.
Just a shell really probably with overseas vendors as backers and a large call center and nice customer service. But the product is really terrible stay away.
Signature Hardware Range Hood Review from Corona, New York
They do not stand behind their product. First they advertise their product falsely then they send a unit that doesn't even last.
Its a no name brand unit. I barely use the range hood and it broke down on me. They refunded me the money because of the false advertisement but I'm stuck with a piece of junk that does not work.
They refused to pay for the removal or a technician to fix the unit so I'm stuck with paying to have it removed. If they had the right advertisement in the first place I would have never bought it.
Worst Company in the U.S.A
I bought a small sink from these clowns last month for $199. Upon receipt it was not what they showed online.
You just cannot wash your hand in it as it is so small. Send it back with RMA Fed-EX. Little did i know i was going to be charged $44.00 plus !0%re-stocking fee. How the *** does anyone buy from this screwball lying parasitic company.
I wish the bastards go out of business ASAP. i don't feel any better having curse them out. They deserve a fat 0 in online stores. Got to be the worst company on the planet.
Worse then even the cable companies. i hope everyone read this blog and pass it along. WE all need to further and complain to the BBB. Screw these bastards.

What you buy is not what you get
WORST COMPANY EVER. They lied to us about whether or not they could make an item the way we needed it with a drain on the end.
The told us it would be 3-5 days, 10 days later we had to go pick it up ourselves, after we had to hunt it down and find out why it hadn't been delivered, from some 2 bit trucking company that ran into our truck with their forklift. So much for free shipping. When we got it home it was drilled in the wrong places. The manager Greg claimed he could get me a refund or store credit because we had to pay our contractors to move all the plumbing in the concrete floor to account for the bathtub being drilled wrong and then after dodging my phone calls and emails for days they let us know that they wouldn't do anything about their mess ups.
UNETHICAL DISHONEST CRUDDY COMPANY. The slightly cheaper price isn't worth it, they cheat you.

Signature Hardware - Product not legal
Purchased a locking mailbox, but after installation was advised by P.O. that box was not legal.
The 1" slot has to be a minimum of
1 1/2". They refused to accept a return or give a refund. After review found that many others also were not legal. The Post Office refuses to deliver my mail to this box that does not meet their requirements and is holding my mail until I replace the box.
So I am stuck with this "illegal" box and am out the $50 I paid.
They were adamant about the fact it was my responsibility to have researched the P.O. requirements and should have known the mailbox would not have complied.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Would not accept unused merchandise
I purchased 3 identical items from Signature Hardware. I only used one item and it proved unsatisfatory but took over 30 days to demonstrate it's inferior workmanship.
I did not even ask for compensation for the inferior product but I just wanted to return the 2 unused, unopened items. Signature refused to accept the unused items and refused to even discuss options. Communications requesting access to management have been ignored.
Every other online vendor from whom I have ordered have either returned the purchanse price in cash or have given credit on other merchandize even months after the orignial order. Now I'm stuck with 2 useless items and I'm out the cash.
