Engineered Signal Systems refuses to pay back loan
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- The owner of this company Mr. Thomas M. Johnson 8940 Kathleen Ave. Indianapolis,Indiana obtained a business loan for $2000.00 to be paid back in 1 month. After several months of promises to pay back this loan, it was taken to small claims court, where a a judgment of $2397.00 was obtained after the owner bounced yet another check.This check was written fully knowing the check would bounce even according to the owners text messages he sent me. He did not even show up for court, not only once but twice. After turning this over to a collection agency, he agreed to make payments, but not only he did not pay, he gave a bogus e-mail address to the collection agency. He has done the same thing to other places as well. A bad check was written to Avon Transmission shop, then he moved and could not be tracked down. In trying to put a lien on his bank account, it was promptly closed to avoid payment of what he legally owes. This has now been turned over to the prosecutors office for check fraud. DO NOT EVER ACCEPT A CHECK FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The owner has filed bankruptcy 2 times and also has had problems with owing back unpaid taxes to the Indiana Department Of Revenue. Just a little background on this company if you needed some.

The owner Mr. Thomas Johnson, continues to ignore the court ordered judgment that he was required to make $200.00 a month payments on the loan of over 2 1/2 years ago that he said he would pay off in 1 month.
Mr. Johnson continues to live in a home in Indianapolis ( Clermont) and work off and on and still continues to ignore court ordered judgments against him.

The owner of this company Engineered Signal Systems , Thomas Michael Johnson of Indianapolis, has re-paid $200.00 in a period of 2 and 1/2 years . This loan of $2500.00 was to be paid back in 1 month which was to be March 2011.
The total due including attorney fees has now grown to over $3200.00. Garnishment and lien proceedings have begun against :( this owner of the company.

The owner of this company, Thomas Michael Johnson of Indianapolis, has made 1 total payment of $200.00 in a period of 2 and 1/2 years . This loan was to be paid back in 1 month which was to be March 2011.

:( This individual and owner of this now defunct company Thomas Micheal Johnson of 8940 Kathleen Ave Indianapolis, Indiana will rip you off at every opportunity that is given to him. Check the number of judgments against him in the state of Indiana.

Thomas Michael Johnson, the owner,from this company, originally based out of Martinsville Indiana, then Indianapolis Indiana,and now supposedly Lafayette Indiana, will take money from anyone and not pay it back. He has had several court cases over the years where he is a no show, simply filed bankruptcy, or hides from debtors to avoid money he owes them.
