Jim Rowan came out to my business and promised me the world. He said 4 weeks for my new sign and it ended up taking 7 weeks. Then this guy came out and told me I had the wrong kind of building for the sign I ordered. HELLO?

How can I have the wrong kind of building and what does that even mean? Jim assured me he would fix it (two months after I paid him) What did I get? $3,000.00 down the drain and a sign that fell off the building!
