Sigma 105mm F2.8 Macro Lens is faulty - Sigma repairs every year

The online form for product support is not working with several attempts with the following message after clicking "submit" on the SIgma website:

In late 2022, we paid over $450 for repair and insured shipping to/from Sigma for a Sigma 105mm F2.8 EX DG OS HSM Macro Lens used with a new Canon EOS Mark IV SLR camera.

Soon after receiving this product purchased from Amazon in 2020, it immediately presented user issues with its focus ring to the point where it became unusable just outside of the warranty period.

I notified Amazon that this listing is for a defective Sigma product and my online review state as such.

Now only a few months after repair, this "repaired" lens is showing new issues. RIght after receiving it back from Sigma repair in late 2022, we could hear parts sliding around on the inside.

Figuring it was typical for mechanical parts, we did not report it right away.

Now when you lightly shake this lens, there are more sounds of several loose parts inside, one sounds like glass, and the shutter makes a strange noise when shooting photos, a strange noise that our other 3 CANON lenses have never made.

Clearly, as I reported to both Amazon and Sigma before its repair in late 2022, there is a built-in manufacturer defect with this product.

Before I take this to a higher level toward resolution by involving third parties for a formal investigation into Sigma Corporation of America, including but not limited to:

The Office of the Attorney General of NY,

The Office of the Attorney General of TX if needed,

Consumer Protection Office of NY,

Consumer Protection Office of TX if needed,

The Better Bureau, and

The Federal Trade Commission.

Now we cannot use this "repaired" Macro lens when it is high season for our professional use; we survey and take macro photos of insects in northern IL and WI.

We offer two options for Sigma toward resolution of this complaint:

1) Sigma ships to us free of charge the same Model of a working Macro lens for our professional use and we'll use the same packaging to ship this defective lens back to Sigma, full warranty in effect for the replacement lens, and a guarantee from Sigma Corporation that this same arrangement remain in force for any potential recurrences within each new warranty period after each repair,

or

2) a full refund for both the Amazon purchase in 2020 and the cost for its repair by Sigma in 2022. We require a more-dependable CANON brand Macro lens to use instead of this Sigma brand product.

We prefer option #2 so we would not have to continuously ship a defective camera Macro lens to Sigma every year.

We hope for an amicable settlement towards resolution of this defective product issue with Sigma Corporation of America.
