Don't do bussiness with Hector Velez
I met Hector Velez and Sifegrafix on the street while working. He seemed like a very nice and professional man and after speaking more found out he did website design. I'd been looking to upgrade my current platform, and he said he'd like to help for a fair price. After a couple meetings with him and going over his past work he sold me on the idea of using a different web builder platform which I was unfamiliar with. He made me confident in his abilities, and we switched everything over to it and after we completed most of the work he handed me over an editor url with user name and password. Sounded good until I realized he didn't finish the work. I didn't have designer access to the site, and he stopped answering my phone calls. I got my site shut down, and can't get access to the web builder panels. Now I'm stuck with an incomplete website and no access to it. Thanks for the lost time, energy, and money Sifegrafix. Wish I'd never met him. Unless its in a contract don't waste your time.
