I contacted Siete about a rancid bag of potato chips ( barbecue chipotle) gave all the information they asked for they lied and told me they would replace them and all they did was give me the runaround and lie, this company is not a reputable and they will lie to the consumers ..

I like the product, but customer service is atrocious.

I bought Maiz chips from them directly. Expired in two months.

Emailed asking what the normal expiration date was at production. Gave chips away since I wasn't going to eat 12 bags in two months.

Reply states two months is acceptable?

To them I guess. Never got an answer to expiration date.

So they refused to answer the question and told me that what was acceptable to them should be acceptable to me.

They also don't answer emails about products before you buy.

Sorry, unacceptable.

I brought a bag of sea salt chips and it has no flavor not even a slight hint of salt, I have gotten plenty of their sea salt chips and never experienced any issues. It tasted like I was eating plan potatoes.

I would like a refund because all the chips are brown and not light and taste burnt. I am disabled and was a couple hours a way from home and bought the tortilla chips a store, and I can't take them back to the store because someone drove me to that far away city.

Please mail or email a coupon for the 5 ounce bag of chips
