Over charged, Not good service.

I have not received service for over 3 months been charged for service I did not receive. I would like credit and cancel my account.

Be aware of Sierra Springs and company. We wish we would have never given them our business. Their customer service is horrible. We wait at times over an hour to speak to someone. In addition, they inaccurately billed us and took us to collections over the inaccurate bill. Sierra Springs charged us for 2 bottles they never delivered. We called their customer service. We were told, it is a mistake and that they will take it off our bill. The customer service representative even stated that it happens all the time. We never heard back from Sierra Springs about this matter. We leave on vacation and by the time we get back, a Collections Letter from a collections agency about the water bill is in our mail. This is at this point beyond a mistake that is acceptable. Billing mistake, we understand. It can happen. Taking a customer to collections over a bill we should have never had is unacceptable. We called Sierra Springs several times and no supervisor wants to take the responsibility. I think the public will care that Sierra Springs damages the credit of their customers over inaccurate billing. Especially, since they already knew about it. We did not receive one email or phone call about this matter by Sierra Springs. They choose to be quiet about it and just send us to collections. This has been the worst experience we ever had with any company. We have to take now legal action.
