So I take my Backpack Blower in to see what the problem with it not starting is, She tells me two weeks because they're backed up, I say no problem. So the end of the second week comes - No call - So I call them, One of the three old ladies at the counter says to me that they have'nt even touched my Back Pack Blower they would have to get back to me next week monday or tuesday (ONLY A PERSONS WORD MEANS ANYTHING,AND TO ME "EVERYTHING"). So tuesday they call with a price to fix my Blower thats higher than the cost of the Blower NEW !?. This was there premedatated motive the whole time (Your Next) they gave me a rediculous price for repair thinking I would just scrap my Backpack Blower and use the Take a look at my Blower money towards one of there New Blowers. The reason I'm sure of this is because when I said I just wanted to pay for the inspection and take my blower back the lady says do you want us to dispose of that for you (With that persuasive encouraging look on her face) the reason why she wanted me to scrap it (Besides buying one of there blowers) is so they could use the parts of my Blower to fix others that come in ( More all about them, Dollar signs in there eyes). I know this and it is my firm Belief I'm Correct because after I payed for the inspection she had the Gull to come out of the back with my Back Pack Blower in a hundred pieces in a box ? (What the ?) After I said this isn't how I gave it to you and I called to let you know I was coming to get my Blower, one of the three old ladies says there is a fee to put it back together (WOW! ?). The worst part is how they just sit there stone faced like they'll do anything to get your doe, instead of keeping you as a long term customer. I would rate Sierra Saw lower than one star if I could.
