Resolved: Very angry no response with many many emails with photos included
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. The company sent me an email literally the day after I contacted you. They are sending me a brand new box for the correct size and weight of my dog and they apologized so I am very happy whether it was all my emails that did it and a coincidence or how you contacted them to help either way thank you for your help.
They did not send me the correct dosage for one of the medications. I sent them photos via multiple emails.
