i made a appointment online, it was for 5/29/2023 with Dr. Matt Simons. i had to take the day off and when I got to SPOC, it was closed. i called and talked with the exchange which he said you were closed. he said he was going to call me back and let me know if I just messed up on the date. Never received a call back from them. I called this morning since if hadn't received any sort of call or notification of what's going on. I called today on 5/31/2023 and was on hold for 5 mins (no biggie) and finally was able to speak to someone about the mistake for 5/29/2023. During the call, we were disconnected and no return call. I called back and waited for over 20 mins without anyone ever picking up the phone to say they haven't forgotten. When i finally was able to talk to someone, they said that i had to do all this all over because it was for my right knee, not my left but when i went in awhile ago for my knees, Dr. Simon did look at the right knee and said that the right will need to be replaced as well. Now, you have a great reputation but not with even trying to schedule something, but you guys messed up on the date 5/29/2023. I'm thinking that I may look at other surgeons because of the way your company is ran. I have a great friend here in Fresno and said that SPOC and another center have the best surgeons, unless i hear back from you, I will decide who i will go to. I got surgery from Thaxter and he was awesome. Now, seems that you guys are not really worried about customer service.
