My family and I rented Atlantic Resort from Siebert Realty in Sandbridge Virginia. They described the house as luxurious and the kitchen as Gourmet, neither is true.
We were unaware that we had to go through the house and make sure that everything we paid for was actually in the house. We were promised 3 grills, there was only one. we were promised 2 dishwashers one was broken, Siebert did not care. the outdoor fire pit was not working and Siebert knew about it they said they were sorry.
Ping pong and horse shoes were promised yet were not avialable. Atlantic Resort is a dump, it is a 12 bedroom however only 9 had dressers. Some of the bathrooms had mold in the tubs and on the shower curtains. the kitchen had no usable utensils, the pots and pans were horrible not the gourmet kitchen we were promised.
it cost almost $26,000 a week and it was like staying in a hollywood set where everything was superficial and nothing worked. There is no water pressure so good luck getting clean, no hooks anywhere in the bathroom for towels. A towel rack would have been nice.
Atlantic resort is the worst house and the most expensive we have ever stayed in.
Siebert and the owner thought that I would be happy with a $500. refund it was insulting.
