I have never received a reply from SANTA MONICA STUDIO I EMAILED THEM ONCE MORE AND STILL HEARED NOTHING BUT I FEEL THAT MY PROBLEM IS WITH GAME THE COMPANY I BOUGHT IT FROM AS MY CONTRACT IS WITH THEM BUT THEY JUST PASS THE BUCK TO SOMEONE ELSE I JUST WANT A NEW CODE OR A COPY OF THE GAME AS I SAID I SPENT ALMOST A £1000 POUNDS SO I DON’T THINK I AM ASKING FOR TO MUCH I JUST WANT WHAT I AM ENTITLED TO FROM SUCH A MASSIVE COMPANY

I bought a new PlayStation 5 from a company called game on the 25th of November 2022 and part of the deal was a voucher to redeem a free copy of Gods Of War Ragnorak with a 12 digit code to redeem the copy but when I entered the code it said that it had already been redeemed so I never got the game so I contacted the company game about this an d they eventually got back to me and told me that I would have to contact the makers of the game and speak to them about it so I am now asking yous why this code is saying it was already redeemed and now I have been left without part of what I paid for through no fault of mine I just want what I am entitled to please help yours Thomas Docherty
