Fed Ex delivered to mailbox on busy street far from house. Package was gone when I got there.
Fed Ex said contact shipper to get them to file lost item claim. So far three requests for assistance with explanation of problem have resulted in one canned response with no reference to my detailed statement and no assistance at all.

I received an email from FedEx stating that I was receiving a package today from this company, and I never ordered anything from them. I've never heard of them, and I can't find a way to contact them to find out what is going on.
If I email them, who knows how long it will take for them to get back to me?
If this is fraud, I want to get it resolved ASAP. It's ridiculous that they have no customer support phone number.

I ordered a dog tent for my dog and its to small. I asked for a larger one or a refund. The only thing I received is we'll contact you in two days.No directions on what to do or how to take care of this problem

Side Deal offers great prices on a wide variety of rotating items. Depending on what you're looking for you can get some deep discounts.
Recently I ordered some dog treats on an extreme discount due to the fact that the best-buy date had just passed a week or so prior.
The dog doesn't care, and the discounts mean we're able to spoil her more. A 28oz bag of these treats is currently $13.99 at other stores, and Side Deal sells a 4-pack of these bags for $12. I pay $5 a month for a membership, and get free shipping on all orders, so overall the price ends up being a steal here.
Most importantly, the company makes things right. We had a delivery issue and had to reach out to support.
The delivery courier marked the package as delivered, but they marked it delivered in a city that doesn't match the delivery address, how odd!
Even though Side Deal only offers email support, they respond rapidly I heard back in less than a day even during evening and weekend hours. You're communicating with real people who can read and understand the issues and immediately work to make things right.
