Bad Customer service with touch of rudeness
Called head office to get something honered by Sidchrome rep when buying $$$ of Sidchrome tools. Been cut off from waiting on hold so long and receptionist wouldn't put me through to a manager , put me on hold again to be cut off after 40 minutes plus waiting.
What an Australian company. John .
