This law firm has most dishonest lawyers I have ever encounter. They work with the other insurance company's so you get 0$.

They made deals in hotel rooms and not court rooms. They never tell you court dates, results of conferences, they pass you around to different people so you never know who your talking to! No one carries business cards. This law firm jerk me around for over six years!!!

When I question them on why this case is always dragged out and cancelled this year, they fired me. My case was clear-cut!!! I was hit head-on and driven into a tree in early 2012, I tried to get another lawyer, but no one would take it because it's too long. I received only 6000., on my own.

don't hire this firm, your be sorry!!!! I'm in the process of suing ***

Years ago my son was T-boned by an off-duty Brookville cop who had run a red light, - multiple fractures to his skull, back, pelvis. I received an immediate call from the passenger in my son's vehcile stating they had been involved in an accident, approx.

two miles from our home, and so I was at the scene when they were loading my son into the ambulence. The cop also assisted. And I could smell the alcohol.

Needless to say, my son did not receive a dime for his "bodily injuries." He is now also a police officer but he suffers from back pain to this day. Siben & Siben, stay away.

THE LEO FAMILY WILL COME AFTER YOU. You will be sued for stealing my parents money. HIDING WILLS, FALSE INFORMATION, LYING, CHEATING AND STEALING.

to many of you who have used Siben & Siben Law Firm located in Bay shore NY,Iv'e been waiting seven years for my case to go to trial in Suffolk County,i had a conference with my Attorney Mr.Samson he told me that he wasn't going to try my case.Reason being is that there are to many issues with my case siben & siben are asking for $5,000.000.00 in my settlement,and their telling me that there's only $300,000.00 in liability.In my accident case.I asked to see the other parties insurance decoration page i was told that's not allowed.Also a friend of mine told me to be careful using siben & siben their not cosha.

I retained the law firm Siben & Siben in a case of automobile accident while on the job. They are at it 2.25 years and still do not know who I am?

They have been kept in formed by me and I have to keep giving them my info because they do not really know "Who I am"?

This organization has so many lawyers taking care of my case I never have a Lawyer call and tell me whats going on, NEVER!! They have a secretary handle any communacation between me and them , if you want to talk to some lawyer you call and get an appointment. Then go see the lawyer and he has no IDEA whats going on with your case NONE! He reads the file and tells you something like " We are Moving Along " ?????

What is happening to my case ??? like I said we are moving along ? They do not know and they may put you in a bad poistion with your case because SOOOOOO MANY PEOPLE are involved and few know what each case is or care . If I would have known how they run their Firm I would have went to a small firm who will give you an answer and tell you where they are in the case instead of talking to a secretary.

My case is LARGE and could end up being close to $500K in settlement , you would think that might get a little more attention, NO not with these guys . They are just moving along getting all those $5K-$10K claims done and out the door and forget any attention for our claiments , as S.
