The driver, Yves Lohy, went to departures to pick me up on arrival at the airport and actually hung up on me after refusing to come to arrivals. HUGE violation of A.D.A.
in my situation... and wanted me to go to where he was! Ummm... no.
Come to find out, all Shuttle Wizard does is coordinate with Lyft and Uber drivers! I can do that myself and for a lot less than I was charged.
If you want a REAL shuttle, call a REAL car service. This is definitely not one.

This place is trash. Im in Northfield MN, never been here and didnt realize it would be so difficult to get around.
Anyway, I reserved a shuttle and they took my payment. Okay, cool. Well for some reason I could not sleep, I kept thinking about how I hoped I didnt get scammed. WELL this morning I see an email from midnight saying my shuttle reservation had been cancelled bc of it being last minute and availability due to 2-4 inches of snow.
They claimed they would be sending my refund receipt but I had to call to get that. So I had yo hussle up on another ride. What if that 160 was all I had to get out of here? I just dont think they should take payment with no guarantee.
And, IT IS NOT SNOWING. Liars.

Shuttle wizard drove 15min from airport to hotel & charged me $98.80 us ??? what a rip off scam !! took an Uber from hotel to airport $30.00 !?
Cost was *** for airport to hotel huge ripoff ... sending notification on this company everywhere family friends airports airlines hotels facebook whatsup google micro outlook ticktock etc...

Yesterday I called ShuttleWizard and spoke with Paulina. She quoted me $135.
I called back today to book the trip & Alley quoted me $218!
Total FOOLS! Really RUDE folks who need to learn better English.

Driver and passenger beware!
I was booked to pick up fare at TPA. Fare was $40.
When Paulina sent fare details, I noticed they were sending me to the wrong airport for pickup. I contacted the elderly passenger to let him know the flight arrives at PIE not TPA. I found out then that he was being charged over twice the amount they were paying me!
I also contacted Shuttle Wizard to let Paulina know the mistake.
How does she thank me? By saying I would now be paid $10 less while the customer's price remained the same! Then she cancelled my fare all together!
Update: I was blacklisted from any future fares because I wrote this review. Again, driver and passenger beware!

THE WORST!! No stars.
Negative ones if I could. I am a 60 year old world traveler and this is the worst service I have ever experienced with Everyday Ride in San Diego I booked through ShuttleWizard. They subcontract non English speaking unprofessional Uber drivers, present themselves as "professional drivers in private cars" and charge you 4 times the Uber rate. I was yelled at, insisted I was someone I was not, had my luggage thrown into the trunk and they could not remember my first or last name.
I had to block their number because they continued to harass me and call me a racist and prejudiced (like it was routine standard line). Use Uber drivers and charge you 4 times the Uber rate who ARE NOT LEGALLY ALLOWED airport curb pick up access like taxis and regular shuttles because they are private cars. Have to walk upstairs and another 300 ft (length of 2 football fields) to "GO TO" the car when MUCH CHEAPER authorized taxis and much cheaper private service professional drivers were right outside the baggage pick up area. Were a half hour late and told me I "did not follow" their instructions and was accused of being a racist.
This service is a JOKE and is operated by rude, abusive, unprofessional, non-English speaking people and frauds who cannot remember your first or last name and never heard of customer satisfaction. Customers exist to SERVE them and their inflated non-English speaking uncouth entitled egos. I would give them a negative million stars if I could.
You would have a better time or experience walking with your luggage to the airport or hitching a ride on the freeway. If I could use one word to describe this service, I would use "joke."
Good service
Personally, I prefer to take shuttles than public transport, so I have a large experience. This company booked me a ride to SFO from San Jose. On my way to the airport, the driver was on time and called me 5min before being at my door. The ride was smooth, the car was clean, no surprises.
On my way back, I got at 3 am, they called me to verify if I was ready, and got on time too, can't complain.
Nice driver and nice ride. Great service

Agree. In case of my ride to Miami Airport for $72 it was a Lyft ride.
The driver did not help with luggage. I will never book this service again.
