Shu Uemura Art Of Hair - Poor customer service

Customer service at this company is very poor to unacceptableadvise to buy Shu Uemura products elsewhere. I made an order a month ago and never received it.

The package was shipped by UPS but never delivered, as can be verified by UPS tracking. The company has refused to either refund or replace the items in the order.

Although the first agent I dealt with said they would do so as a courtesy-that has never happened. Now I am told that they have to make sure that the package really is lost, and their agent has implied that if that is the case the loss will be mine.

DESPICABLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT

I had been a Shu Uemura customer for years, ordering online. In all those years I only made one return: the Ultimate Remedy Shampoo and Treatment were giving me dandruff !

Next time I tried to order online my order was refused. The customer service supervisor I spoke to stated that unfortunately they could not share with me the reasons why my order was refused! They suggested that buy from a salon. They were rude and unapologetic.

I still do not have the slightest idea why they behaved so miserably. Perhaps someone blocked my account for God knows what reason.

L'Oreal is another corporate giant with little respect for consumers who have made them what they are. Just despicable.
