Difficult, and confusing.

I ordered two orders of crab claws for 51.60 and they were inedible. And I'm having serious problems getting my money back.

On the receipt, there isn't an order number. It has Wed 2/21/2024 6 39 PM Check 72-1 Table-4, Micheal G.

The gumbo needs more stuff in it like crab okra etc its nothing but roux and rice has good flavor but they are too cheap to put stuff in the gumbo

Mgr. At navy Blvd location came to my table and just took my plate before I was finished . My family has been with yall since you had gra,d opening in gulf shores AL. 20 years ago.

Food was not hot grits and shrimp were yucky

In perdido key theyve gone to smaller bowls of food but charge the same grits were barely warm and they used popcorn shrimp instead of the regular shrimp

we live 2 blocks away (9 1/2 mile rd.) and have frequented your establishment many times, you have lost a long time customer, I understand the waitress being friendly with customers and talking with them to make them feel at home, but when another customer is waiting and see's people that came in after them get their food it becomes aggravating and when you do finally get your food it isn't what you ordered and then to top it off my glass is empty!!!

Terrible service!!!! waited entirely to long for some of my food, sat with empty glass and to top it off we had to ask the waitress to remove the order of pop corn shrimp from our bill that was never received and that was after I mentioned it to her and she stated that it was coming right out, good thing I didn't opt for the all you can eat popcorn shrimp I wouldn't have eaten at all
