Company quoted $380 minimum on-site fee for up to 30 small boxes and three surcharges based on "the Index Table" which is not provided. When invoiced for the services, the cost for the service was actually $23.90 per box.
An upfront estimate per box would have been more professional and we would have not been surprised by an invoice over $1,000 for 44 boxes. Very unprofessional and misleading quoting services.

This has not happened. Called the automated line and it said I could only get the last 8 bill sent to my email and so I filled out all the info and still no bills.
Its hard to fix something if you cant talk to a rep and if you do get someone they can not speak english well enough to help me. So I am really ticked off;
