Showtime Auto Transport

I was going to use them to ship 2 suv,s from Florida to Utah. I paid my $200.00 dollar deposit and expected them to get my vehicles on a truck.

It never happended.So i cancelled and according to the contract I signed I was only entiled to a portion(processing fee)back. After several phone calls they would tell me check is in the mail or they credited my credit card. It never happened and now for the last 6 months no one will answer the phone. I always get a recording that they are not available at this time.

They still have a website.

I dont think you have to worry about using them because you will never be able to talk to them. Horrible customer service.

called to arrange to have my car shipped from San Diego to New Jersey - call gave them a deposit with the balance to be COD - later that day the balance of the $550 was removed from my checking account - been calling for 3 days no one answer the phone

I'm hoping we dont loss the total $750 - need to locate a new transport company - not sure who to use but this time charge on Amex - they will work with you to get back your funds

We were quoted $700 to deliver our car with $100 deposit. The remainder will be charge when the service is rendered.

Out of no where I was being charge in a separate transaction without my knowledge or permission. Call and spoke to them and was told that it was error and they will refund me for that mistake, however if I don't want to continue doing the service with them, I will now loose my deposit.

It's like a catch 21. I'm suppose to want to do business with you guys after just making that kind of mistake and screwing me over?

PLEASE HELP, put this company out of business, Contact FMCSA there is currently 13 complaints since June '12, and growing. FMCSA #s, 888-368-**** and 850-942-****, They will take a complaint over the phone but prefer an online form be filled out.

The form is at, nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov. DO NOT put www in front of this!just type it in your address bar. Then go to public, and then click household goods. fill out the form.

call them with questions they are eager to help.

Pass this info around don't let ANYONE get screwed by this company. Another contact is federal trade commission @ 877-382-**** and also Showtimes bond agent @ 800-595-**** they will need ALL paperwork associated with the business you did with Showtime, they can get your money back such as your deposit, Patti takes care of showtimes acct, shes @ ext, 636.

Showtime Auto Transport is a BAD company that is stilling people money.

The first thing they ask me to do is to give them a $200 deposit to take the car the next day at the auction where I purchased the car, after they take the deposit they completely forget about me because the cannot find a transporter to take the car for the remaining balance, now I had to spend more than two weeks paying storage for my car, $30 per day, they stole the $200 and don't want to give it back. I had to pay $320 for storage because they never pickup my car and I lost the $200 deposit that they took from me.

First of all, Showtime Transport wil do anything to get your business!!

There is a reason why they quote a lower price than other companies. To get your business they will tell you anything you want to hear knowing it's a lie. Go directly to a trucking company and cut these guys out!

Car was promised to be picked up on a Tuesday since we were moving to Philadelphia. Waited at home and called Showtime with no answer! Two days pass by and finally they pick up the car, but car wont arrive when we fly in to Philadelphia, creating issues for us.

We specifically ask if we can load some things in the back seat and Showtime obliges and says its no issue. The driver calls us half way there and says to pay him $100 extra or he will throw away your items.

Finally, after the car is in Philly, we are told there are issues with the truck and we have to drive to pick it up (25 miles). By then, we are so fed up we just want our car back..

BTW..car brakes seem messed up and this is after everything was just changed out.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! WORTH PAYING MORE FOR A LEGITIMATE COMPANY

Thieves! that's all I can call these people.

They call you all day until you accept the bid. Then, no show, no driver, not even a call! Every time I called (yes, they never called after they got my deposit) and asked about the name of the driver that was going to pick my vehicles it was a different name.

Obviously, everyone that works for that company are just a bunch of crooks.

In addition, when I started to ask for better information about the driver, such as time, driver name, and phone number, they gave me ATTITUDE. HORRIBLE service.

I was told that my truck would be picked up yesterday and it never was. I was told by Adrian that we would get calls all the time regarding where they were and what was happening.

I've not ONCE received a phone call from ANYONE. They never showed up yesterday to pick up the truck, and after calling them 3x already today, Sophia keeps telling me she will call me back when she "finds a driver". I looked at the Better Business Bureau and looks like I've probably been scammed.

They have a grade of an F! After reading the contract I signed online, it looks like after paying a $150 deposit, I can only get $90 back...but after being thrown thru a hoop already this much, I highly doubt I'll even see any of that money again!

NO NOT USE THEM! They ask for a deposit and never pick your vehicle.

Please check the BBB they have a F rating. Sophie, Sarai, and Adrian need to be locked up, and have the key thrown away. I paid a deposit of $200 bucks later I found a better company and I was told you NEVER have to pay a deposit, Call central dispatch they will tell you NEVER USE SHOWTIME!

Don't fall victim to thes bastards look on the transportreviews.com it's a third party site with consumer reviews that will better help you decide what company to use. Please do your research and stay away from Showtime!

So far, 5 days late in picking up my car. Even told me the driver was within 1.5 hours of being at our pickup spot...that was yesterday.....after an already 3 day session of excuses....never again will I use this company...they are so ***, I was going to use them to ship the car back too...

Adrain has lied and fed me BS for 5 days now, does not even reply to my e-mails. What he/they do not understand is that I am not afraid to go to their office and confront them on this...While I am there, maybe check out some other requirements....

I place my order in they promised it was going to be pick up on 12-05-11. Everytime I call them they promise to call me back.

It is now 12-08-11. Vehicle hasnt been picked up nor will it be picked up. I believe they stoled my $150 dollars. Everytime I call back they never have an answer for me.

My next step is to file a fruadulent claim with my credit card company and hopefully they can help me.

These people promise you the world but all they care about is the free money their about to steal.

I was given quote for 550 for transport. They charged me 750.

First they send me wrong invoice and after I requested for correct one. they charged 200 extra and not refunding as I asked after 3-4 months.

First they should not charge, second they should refund if extra money deducted from credit account. I am frustrarted and warning the consumer to me be extra catious when dealing with showtime.

they can charge any money any may not refund .. I called them multiple times and send emails.

they are ruthless guy and don't want to refund money .... complete waste

after 3 weeks of telling me every day they were going to pick up vehicle they stopped taking my calls they would not refund my deposit i fired them and another company picked up my vehicle 2 days later for same fee this is a fraudulent company dont sign their contract or give them money conrad is a liar and so is adrian they would never tell me the real story they said they had hundreds of unhappy customers and couldnt find drivers probably due to their bad reputation and misrepresentation i got more excuses than a juvenile deliquent about why he cant behave at school dont waste ur time with these clowns

I wasted, plane tickets, car sale and time because of these idiots. I was given a pickup date and never happened.

When try to call them there is no answer at any time as if they knew i was calling. Showtime auto transport must be among the worst companies ever. I was promised that they had a driver and would pick my car up on one of two days. The second day arrived and I heard nothing about my car being picked up.

I called and no answer.

Big waste of time money but my fault in part, look how long they've been in business, not even a year.
