False advertising

This company seems to have no real headquarters phone line. The happy hours are completely unreliable and the employees will act annoyed and like the customer is the problem for simply walking in the venue after reading Happy Hour 3-5 PM when CLEARLY the bar is closed and the place is understaffed. The location I am referencing is in Mountain View, California.

User's recommendation: Be persistent and remind them that this is false advertising.
