The lock isn't working, it won't lock or unlock. It says to contact customer support.
I came home because we were finishing moving the rest of our stuff from our previous address and I went to put the code in to unlock the front door and it's not registering the code and says to contact customer support because the code won't work.

I have not signed up fir it yet. Tried to and it asks for my email and password.
It asks for email and password but i dont have ine yet i need to register first. My property manager has tried to send links and i have not received it yet.

Need help with showmojo keypad
You cant reach them by phone only by email nobody wants to sit waiting for an email from somebody on the other end responding back-and-forth trying to get with resolutions to your problem. You want to be able to reach someone on the phone and with this company ShowMojo you dont have that ability.
