They don't answer emails

I paid for copies of my article to be sent to me, and it was not cheap, and still have not received them after 2 months. All they have to do is photocopy it on quality paper.
I have sent over 50 emails to 3 different people weeks apart giving them plenty of opportunity to respond. I am forced to waste time to cancel the transaction with my credit card company. This is not a professional organization.
Before that, they wanted me to edit my article, and I sent 2 people numerous emails, and could not get a response, so my article got published without an opportunity to edit it. What is wrong with you?

What he did to me in order to keep his job in a covered band cost me two and a half years of my life and is considered a form of human trafficking.
