I purchased a scope on line on April 4. No communication from them.

Their website offers no phone number or way to contact them. After communicating with them via Pissed Consumer the responded 3 days later to say they manually ship their product and it should ship in a week or so. No other communication but I did receive the scope on April 17.

No phone number??? No followup once they make a sale...shoddy operation

My 5V watch dose not hole charge

I bought this 5v watch about two years ago. The battery has never lasted 18 holes.

What can I do? As your customer service number we cant get through is it possible to replace the battery or what?
