It doesnt download my data to the app it keeps losing connection all the time it starts downloading but keeps crashing it doesnt stay connected

Not working

My watch will not turn on. I charged it and it still wont power on.

I text you a week ago but nobody has contacted me. Im very disappointed.

Bought x5 2 weeks ago, no update since on when it will arrive. Cant get hold of them via email. Can buy watch elsewhere with next day delivery, but want my refund first.
