Doesn't accept phone calls
I called the number listed on the site. The person who answered said it was the wrong number. It clearly listed on the internet.
I wanted to cancel because the books I"m interested in, are not summarized.

I cancelled my subscription before the billing period started and they have tried to charge my account for 3 subsequent months since. I have emailed them to no avail. When you look at my account it s
They are stealers and they do not get back to your emails. But have captured my bank information and keep charging me $197 for something that I cancelled.
My account clearly states that Im not a paying customer.
Im reporting them to AARP Fraud Alert. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE they will continue to rip you off and they have no customer service support

PDF message Error for 2 weeks
Shortform PDF download system has been unavailable for more than 2 weeks when I email to report the issue and get the downloads for the missing weeks their response is - that feature is not available - I haven been able to use the service I pay for but they charge me every month
