Deceptive …I signed for 1 free week and billed for 1year…misleading to point of deceptive.
O I am outraged at the deceptiveness of your company. I signed on for one free week!
I should never have given my credit card! Shortly after I was told that I had a year subscription. This was never explained. I need you to cancel my yearly subscription and refund to the credit card.
The amount of money paid. Also delete the credit card immediately.
I expect to hear from you within 24 hours or I will take further action. This is fraudulent.

Doesn't accept phone calls
I called the number listed on the site. The person who answered said it was the wrong number. It clearly listed on the internet.
I wanted to cancel because the books I"m interested in, are not summarized.

They are stealers and they do not get back to your emails. But have captured my bank information and keep charging me $197 for something that I cancelled.
My account clearly states that Im not a paying customer.
Im reporting them to AARP Fraud Alert. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE they will continue to rip you off and they have no customer service support

Shortform PDF download system has been unavailable for more than 2 weeks when I email to report the issue and get the downloads for the missing weeks their response is - that feature is not available - I haven been able to use the service I pay for but they charge me every month
