Short Stop Of Austin - Very poor service
Manger team / lead / employees very rude disrespectful I will never spend another cent at this restaurant short shop on airport Blvd, I was told never to come there if I dont like the price ,I tried explaining my concerns and so called manager was hollowing dont come back here we aint got time if I dont like it to call the owner cuz he doesnt give *** , I personally felt Bye lady, on my money just cost I simply asked the price of something. This restaurant had about 6/8 people whom I dont believe they were all employees

Drink machine still broke for 2 weeks now been there and no fountain drinks.would be nice to get it fixed soon.or bring in bottled drinks to serve customers.

Short stop on airport by fare is the worst location the staff gives you cold food and when asked for hot food the window get slammed in your face while the manager stands by and allows it to happen.

Complaint about one of your burger shops

I have been to this place for several years. In the last year or so when I ordered the chili cheese dogs I ask for extra chili and I am being charged for them but when I get home there is no extra chili. Yesterday I went through the same thing and I called the manager he was busy so all he said was bring the order back. I live several Miles from the store and so I took one of the dogs back today to show them. They said they would only replace the one I brought back. Though this frustrated me I just walked off from the window. As I was getting into my car I noticed them laughing at me in the store so I ask the one laughing what was funny, he made some comment and said have a nice day still laughing.it is disappointing that your workers and managers have no respect for customer service or their customer. I dont care if I am starving I will never spend my money with your company again.

Preferred solution: The whole store but mainly the manager be respect the hard working person that spends their money and helps keep your lights on.

User's recommendation: Go somewhere else, shirt stop is only interested in getting the money and not that we are satisfied.

Location : 11693 Research Blvd Austin , Tx 78759 Calling Me a Defiant Employee is Reason Enough to Look For Another Job also a Person Would Get Closterphobic Working at Short Stop also I am Hard of Hearing I Have Not Worked at Short Stop that Long . Why Did This Company Rehire Me ? It Has Been 16 Years Since I Worked For the Company and They Expect Me to Jump On the Register to Take Orders with No Training . The Mangers are Very Rude to The Order Takers Get Onto Them if They are Not Fast They are Just Very Rude People altogether . Why I Left a Recent Job is Noone's Business Especially these Damn Managers .
