Very upset loyal customer. Im definitely looking to switch banks.

I was treated as if I was never a member of this bank. My check was held because of a negative balance.

I deposit the same check every month for the past year and a half and I dont understand why I was treated the way I was today at the Glen Burnie location. Very upset customer
