Lack of customer service

What appealed to me was the big advertisement stating 24/7 support however, I quickly realized it is actually 8/5 support as you can only get assistance during standard business hours M-F. Not sure how the company believes they can provide adequate and efficient support when they expect you to book excursions in time zones they arent open for, and on days they are also not open for.

Id rather pay more for excursions through westgate cruise and travel at this point. At least they have real 24/7 support AND you can use your travel vouchers/credits.

Very rude customer service and unbelievable tour time

Shore Excursion group knows when the ship is arriving at Port yet they are having tours leaving 30mins after the ship dock and the best solution is for us to call when we get there. Why don't they have a tour leaving according to when the ship arrive

Hello - I REGRET THAT EVEN AFTER REACHING OUT MULTIPLE TIMES VIA THE CONTACT US ON YOUR WEBPAGE THERE HAS BEEN A COMPLETE LACK OF RESPONSE.

I am regular customer with you and I booked 2 excursion tickets for the 27 Damajagua Falls. The excursion details clearly mentions that guests will be able to complete at least 12 of the 27 falls.

However turns out it was completely fake. Our group did only 3 falls and 2 slides. It was complete waste of time and money. The trip back and forth took longer than the actual waterfalls experience.

Additionally the guides at the waterfalls that accompanied us heckled us for tips and in fact stood outside the vans while we were changing to ambush us and kept asking for tips. So we had to tip the guides at the waterfalls and then our driver who was our main contact person. Overall this was a complete waste of money and time and misleading advertising by Shore Excursions to make money. Customers asked if we would be given a refund for the fact that we barely did 25% of the falls and they indicated that we need to get in touch with you for all refund and dissatisfaction matters.

I booked this excursion with you under good faith given I enjoyed my last excursion with you at Grand Cayman but I have to say I was very disappointed by the false advertising. Please address by refunding my money in full and also ensuring that this is fixed for future customers.
