Me and my daughter and granddaughter were back to school

Shopping. We purchased a pair of Heleys for my granddaughter.

But the wheels weren't in the box, so the young man that was helping us said he would give us additional discount. We purchased several items. When we check the receipt we noticed that the additional discount wasn't there. So I told the cashier what the the young man had to us.

She said that she wasn't discounting the shoes any less. And if we wanted to return them I would have to go the back of the long line. She was vary bitter, rude, and disrespectful. She said she was the manager there, and that she never approved a discount.

She said "This is my store, and I run things here.' This was the manager, both me and my daughter were so embarrassed, because there was a line of people. Not only did we buy shoes that were missing the wheels, but now the manager was so rude and disrespectful. Never in my life have I ever been so humiliated, both me and my daughter, couldn't believe what just had happened. We love shopping at WSS, my whole family shops there.

I don't understand how your company hires hateful , disrespectful employees.

And as we were exiting the store, she continued to be rude and loud. This person, needs help or is on something.

Ive purchased some questionable Jordans that EVERY PAIR IVE GOTTEN HAS HAD SOME PROBLEM, &;; NOT ONE PAIR HAS BEEN COMFORTABLE. No support inside .

For the amount they charge you would think your going to wear a comfy shoe. And theyre advertised as if their the latest when they may be older than 5 yrs or more.

Well I had gotten a mens 11.5 shoe the young man who had the shoes went to jail I got the shoes back but the receipt was gone , I figured I put it in my back card so that will be proof no it was not enough so o called customer service. The gentleman I spoke to told me he was going to refund me this one time going forwards I would need my receipt , I said ok thank you, he told me give him 3 days to send over the copy of receipt he would call me to let me know I could go and pick up my refund my shoes I said OK well I waited a week I didnt hear from him I didnt get an email so I went to the store the store said that they didnt get a copy they called customer service customer service says there was no supervisor so I called the next day I get told a whole different story they tell me they have to submit it as if its new I said wait a minute I just told you I was already given approval they told me then oh yes the receipt was already sent but it was at the discretion of the store person I said Ill come on now you guys are taking me in circles I went through this for a good 30 minutes I finally got off the phone I called again today and customer service Mr. Garcia he tells me he was as high as it can go and hes just a customer service assistant working for the general manager I said no thats a lie you shouldnt say those things because theres someone over you youre not a CEO he tells me unfortunately all they can offer me was a credit a store credit I can exchange for a store credit no cash back but I gave them cash I said whats the reason I have to have a copy of the original they use the word original to get around it receipt I said when you are looking at a copy verifiable and you can just send it over or even when they look at it the store clerk they can see it I said so why cant I get a refund whats the reason I actually have to have a receipt in my hand when you have all the information and its been verified I asked again he could not give me an answer so heres what Im gonna say WSS found a way to not give people their money back a lot of people are doing this instead of refunding people their money greed is such a serious issue here that it is unreal people have become greedy and they find loopholes to keep peoples money they take more time in figuring out how to keep your money instead of doing it right by you misleading thats not a such thing theyre lying and theyre stealing and theyre committing mass heinous against the American people and we keep letting him do it in the justice department in the federal trade commission in the Attorney General theyre a bunch of *** theyre not gonna do anything and they know this this is why people are doing what theyre doing where Im at now is basically Im going to get in their lane and I dont care anymore Ive tried the right way and it seems like he just keeps getting pushed back and stepped on so come get me if you can now its going to be fair play no exchange no robbery because you not gonna get the help you need so this is not really a pissed off complaint this is just to let WSS know that Im gonna get my money back but you Im gonna put a note every social media page people please check your Jordans because I dont think theyre the original Jordans I think they are doing some outside shitYou really need to check them because I dont think theyre selling original shoes the store is not worth it find another discount shoe store you can find them all over just find another one WSS is on some greedy greedy hoodwinking misleading trickery thats how I feel about i
