The worst piece of garbage imaginable. Refuse refund and using intimidating actions to force you too keep it.

SCAM COMPANY.

Ordered a wig. Took weeks too arrive and doesn't really resemble a wig.

The absolute worst quality and fit.

They will not refund. Offered 10% refund if I keep or resell it.

Advertising as a UK company but say you have to return it to Factory in China at a huge cost s not worth it.

Ordered a wig, supposedly from their UK website, took almost a month to arrive, It is poor quality, wrong colour and far too small. Contacted them by email, all replies are from China.

They want me to keep the wig and they'll give me 5% compensation! I told them legally they have to refund and sent a screenshot of the government guidelines. They sent back how much refund do you want to keep the wig!! Tried the London phone number - invalid.

Checked their company number...it belongs to a totally different company! Avoid at all costs!

This is a bogus company, which should not be allowed to trade, the majority of customers are cancer patients which makes it all the more despicable.

With the amount of people robbed of their money, and plenty of reviews to this effect, how is it they can continue trading, as we have trading standards in this country.

I ordered a wig as I was to loose my hair in July after my first chemo.

The dam wig never arrived and neither did my refund.

They took my money after I could not work and sent me nothing after Christmas they stopped e mailing my reply which was we will look into it over and over again. They had no intention to refund .

They stole my hard earned money when I was so vonerable.

No work no income and no hair due to chemo. That was a hard blow to me and so cruel and unforgiving

Why is the site still able to take peoples money when they offer low or rubbish product

I wanted it due to hair lose so important to me .

They should be not able to advertise on here. Taking peoples money is a crime. Face book need to sort these rogues out.

Unfair and robbing people with cancer is about as low as you can get.

Wow thank you everyone for your feed back very interesting , why should these people get away with doing this they should be removed , what can we do about it. Day light robbery from me and no money and now they have stopped replying to my emails all together.

I ordered in may and now its December and all I get is we will refund and look into it then weeks go by and then its will you accept half the money back. Why should I I paid for a wig and have had nothing , why would you give away money while unable to work due to cancer treatment these people need removing and the site shutting down.

Taking advantage of people who are Ill is as low as you can get.

9 days after placing the order no news about dispatching the wig I have ordered. Send two messages to them and no replay.

Extremely poor customer service. The phone number on the website is not recognised.

I will never use this company again. They collect my money no problem but there seemed to be no way of getting hold of the company

I purchased a for me an expensive real human hair wig for £142.98 from this company. After some weeks of waiting the wig finally arrived.

I was horrified when I opened the package it was totally the wrong colour to what I ordered. they told me the most they could off in a refund was 30%. Since May 2021 I repeatedly asked why only 30% no postage cost to be considered but they repeatedly answered my messages with "Sorry for the delay " I still have not recieved any refund and still getting the same reply.
