I placed a order February 1, and never recieved
I placed an order for 2 Brahma insulated, received a tracking number on Feb 1, and never received a tracking number. This sorry-ass company won't answer my emails; they are scamming people out of their money.

The company uses trickery. I was to get a call. Instead I was referred to a charge page. I never continued my conversation
- - I couldn't reach an agent by phone about the gift return; communication stopped and customer service was terrible.

Then all communication ceased.
I could not even text.
This company has terrible customer service. I will my daughter and her friends not to do business with this company anymore.
