Clothing they sell are not the clothes they advertise

I found a website that stated Tribal Style. I went to the site and it was called Sienne.
The clothes they showed were beautiful. I showed my daughter and she was also excited and wanted to purchase some clothes. I purchased two dresses and they arrived today. I have a picture to share of what the website looks like and the dresses I ordered and the dresses I received.
I'm trying to return them but when you fill out a complaint on the website it won't send. Nothing happens. I am sick and tired of internet scams. I'm going back to the old school way of shopping.
